 PV-BILL informs that, for the fulfillment of the purposes described

		Notwithstanding the foregoing, PV-BILL may give access to such personal 
		data to its technology service providers with whom it has entered into a 
		processor contract and, in case they are located in jurisdictions that 
		generally do not provide adequate guarantees in relation to the 
		processing of personal data, such contracts shall be entered into 
		including appropriate safeguards, including the Standard Contractual 
		Clauses approved by the European Commission. In particular, data will be 
		provided to:
 - Virtual VXS: PV-BILL has contracted with Virtual VXS ("Virtual") as a 
		payment service provider. When the User enters his/her payment data 
		(cardholder name, card number, expiration date, CVV) these will be 
		stored directly in Virtual and none of these data will be stored in PV-BILL's 
		servers but will be processed by Virtual in accordance with its Privacy 
		Policy.
 Virtual complies with the security measures established by the payment 
		services regulations and is certified Level 1 according to the Payment 
		Card Industry Data Security Standard or PCI DSS.
 
 In addition, personal data collected by PV-BILL may be disclosed to 
		external consultants, in the course of a "Due Diligence", in the context 
		of a merger or acquisition involving PV-BILL. In addition, personal data 
		may also be communicated to the Public Administrations and State 
		Security Forces and Corps, by virtue of their powers.
 Likewise, the personal data of the blog comments will be published on 
		the Web Site and will be accessible by any third party accessing the
